Judith works with a wide variety of candidates and employers. From start-up firms to senior positions, Judith works with them all. One of Judith’s many talents is the “unique and interesting”; finding the right skills for niche jobs and great opportunities for specialised candidates.
Judith is thorough in her process, she takes the time to get to know exactly what you want to achieve. Judith will tailor a plan for you and work with you to achieve the goals you set out. She does this by providing regular updates and communication, sharing her industry insights and offering suggestions and support along the way. Judith brings a wealth of experience that she loves to share.
Judith attributes her knowledge and success in legal recruiting to her wide experience with people from all walks of life. She works with everyone from junior solicitors through to senior associates and partners. Her experience with a diverse group of people gives her great insight on where you may have started through to the potential heights of your legal career.
When Judith isn’t busy making dreams come true in the office, she’s busy at home pursuing one of her many passions. Judith loves cycling and has taken to trail riding, which gives her the opportunity to explore more of New Zealand. She also loves sailing and is building the dream – a cruising catamaran. She tends to a big garden and when she can sit still long enough – Judith loves a good book.
In 2004, Judith started Legal Personnel, when she made the decision to become more specialised than just general recruiting. For Judith, it is rewarding meeting people, getting to know them and their aspirations and helping them find the right role or candidate. She understands what this means in a person’s life and the rewards that it brings. Judith often says that every placement is just as exciting as the first, once you see it all come together.
