About You
You’ll be a solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law, looking for a role that offers greater responsibility, quality work, and direct client interaction. You’ll have solid experience in corporate transactions, particularly in M&A deals, contract drafting, and commercial advisory. Strong academics, commercial acumen, and a relationship-focused approach will ensure your success in this team.
