LEGAL SALARY SURVEY

The annual Legal Personnel Salary Survey has been an essential tool for law firms for many years in determining salaries for their employees. In 2023 over 70 Auckland law firms participated in the survey and provided data on a wide range of roles including Graduates, Solicitors (1-11+ years PQE), Salaried Partners, Practice Managers, Receptionists, Legal Executives, Legal Secretaries and more.

Unlike other salary surveys, we collect the data directly from law firms, not from our candidates. This insures the validity of the data.
