In this role, you will provide expert legal advice on complex business matters, including M&A, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and shareholder dealings. You’ll negotiate, draft, and review contracts, lead commercial negotiations, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters.
• Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and other legal documentation.
• Provide practical, clear, and commercially focused legal advice.
• Stay up to date with changes in legislation, advising stakeholders accordingly.
• Build trusted relationships with teams across the organisation and collaborate effectively.

About You:

• You have 8+ years of private practice experience, ideally from a mid-sized or top-tier firm, with expertise in corporate and commercial law.
• You’re skilled in M&A, commercial transactions, and drafting complex contracts.
• Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across the business.
• You’re proactive, confident, and able to balance working autonomously while contributing to team objectives.
