Temporary Legal Executive – Auckland CBD
We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Executive to assist a well-established, boutique law firm based in Auckland City. This firm is known for its close-knit, supportive team and long-standing reputation in the legal community.
This temporary assignment involves assisting with file management, and the ideal candidate will bring a solid background in Property Law along with experience in Trusts, Wills, and Estates. You’ll be joining a friendly and professional environment where your expertise will be truly valued.
To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have proven Legal Executive or Legal Secretarial experience
• Be confident working across property sales and purchases, as well as Trusts, Wills and Estates
• Be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to new environments
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to your work
• Have fast, accurate typing skills
• Be highly proficient in MS Word
