It is possible to move into a law firm at management level, with positions such as Practice Managers, HR Managers and HR Advisors, Librarians and Records Management. There are also other specialist roles in law firms and companies related to, or undertaking legal work, such as litigation support, document review or compliance. Previous experience in a professional services or corporate environment is ideal although it is not essential.
